Jeff Wellstead is the founder of Talent Transformations. With over 22 years of senior talent management experience with Fortune/FTSE 100 companies as well as several start-ups, Jeff brings a refreshing and powerful perspective on attracting, on-boarding, training, developing, motivating and driving the performance of any organisation's most business critical asset - its employees.  Jeff is a graduate of Cornell University and has worked with companies such as EDS, Merrill Lynch, Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley, PeopleSoft and Novartis Pharmaceutical.  He was most recently the global head of HR for two high tech start ups, MessageLabs and SpinVox here in the UK.  Jeff is currently developing and delivering creative and effective people solutions to companies of all sizes globally through Talent Transformations.
